Lab Multilayer blown film dies are designed to achieve the best performances and thickness tolerances with a wide range of polymers with different viscosities and can be supplied spiral mandrel type or pancake type. Polymer-contact surfaces are finely polished and can be delivered with chrome plating or electroless nickel plating. Dies are available from 30 to 150 mm diameter.

Blown film lines can be configured with melt pumps, to guarantee a particularly stable and precise melt flow. They can also be installed in a vented barrel configuration, avoiding back-pressure. The lines equipped with melt pumps are supplied with pressure/speed automatic control device.
