Multilayer blown film line K serie 

Eur.Ex.Ma coextrusion blown film lines are offered with XTR extruders from 20 to 35 mm screw diameter with different screw profiles to be able to process different polymers. All extruders have a back screw extraction system to speed up cleaning and screw change processes. In Multilayer configurations, extruders can be assembled on a single platform, to have more compact dimensions, or on independent height adjustable structures, to allow a more flexible line configuration. Screens are available in two versions: screen pack in the extruder flange/manual lever and two positions screen, to permit a faster screen change. It is possible to include melt pressure and melt temperature measuring devices.

K2A, 2 layers blow film line for medical film

2 and 3 layers Applications: 2 and 3 layer lines are usually designed for the processing of Polyolefins, and configurations with EVA, elastomers and biopolymers; testing of recycled materials and testing of colors and additives. 3 layer lines can be configured for asymmetrical PA/PE barrier film.
