D20, lab machine for the extrusion of single-layer blown film, compact design , can be assembled on wheels ; Single Screw extruder XTR series 20 mm, fixed head with a 30 mm die diameter, double flow cooling ring with air flow adjustment with inverter control, take-off unit and winder 250 mm width, suitable for extrusion of blown films of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, biopolymers, productive capacity of 7 kg/h. D20 can be available also in DUO version with air cooled die face pelletizer in combination with the blown film module, with a simple polymer switch valve to change extrusion process. Designed to test polymers, virgin and recycled, check the dispersion of masterbatches and additives.

D25, lab single layer blown film line with XTR25 extruder, manual screen changer, dies from 40 to 90 mm, rotating nip-rolls and winder. D25 can be used as a lab extrusion line or for the production of small size films.
